Abstract Submission Questions

How will I know if my poster submission is received?
After you complete your submission you will receive an email that contains the details of your submission. This is your confirmation that your submission was received and will be reviewed.

What if I have problems submitting online?
If you encounter problems while submitting your abstract through our online submission form, you may ask for help by emailing us at
submissions@s4sn.org

Can I revise my abstract after I’ve submitted it?
If you need to submit a revised version of your abstract, please make a new submission and indicate in the Notes box that this is a revision of an earlier submission. We will review only your last submission, ignoring your previous submission.

I have a middle name or initial I would like to use, but there is no field for it. How do I indicate this?
Your middle name or initial should be placed in the First Name box.

May I submit more than one abstract?
Yes.

Can I be an author on more than one abstract?
Yes, you can be a co-author on more than one abstract.

If I’m unable to attend the meeting, can someone else present in my place?
Under certain conditions, such as a family or medical emergency, you may make special arrangements to have another author present in your place. The presenter must notify S4SN in writing stating the reason for the substitution. In the case of a substitution, the substitute presenter must be registered to attend the meeting to present. Send all substitution requests to submissions@s4sn.org
