You are invited to exhibit, advertise or sponsor at the 8th Annual Society for Social Neuroscience (S4SN) Annual Meeting, which will be held Friday, November 10, 2017 in Washington DC at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel in the Renaissance Ballroom West A&B. The S4SN 2017 Annual Meeting is a collaborative effort of the Society for Social Neuroscience to bring together attendees from around the world devoted to understanding how biological systems implement social processes and behavior and how these social structures and processes impact the brain and biology. The objective of the S4SN 2017 Annual Meeting is to serve as an international, interdisciplinary, distributed gathering place to advance and foster scientific training, research, and applications in the field for the sake of humankind. We typically have over 250 attendees attend the Annual Meeting, both national and international researchers and professionals who are engaged in research that is related to the general areas of social neuroscience and whom present their findings at our member-supported annual scientific conference. This one day program of speakers, posters, and exhibits, addresses various aspects of social neuroscience education and research. Each space has one 6′ x 30″ skirted table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and complimentary meeting registration for up to two staff. Additional representatives must pay the applicable meeting registration fee. All exhibitors and their representatives are required to wear badges in the Exhibit area. * Applications received after September 29, 2017, will be considered, space allowing, but not guaranteed.
